All orders are processed within 1 business day. During this period, our warehouse team performs a final quality check on your items before carefully packaging them for transit.

Please note: Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

With our optimized handling and transit process, you can expect your fashion pieces to reach you within a total delivery window of 3–6 business days across the USA.

3. Shipping Cost & Carriers

We offer a transparent $7.00 Flat Rate for all domestic orders. We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure secure delivery of your fashion pieces.

4. Tracking & Accuracy

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Girlvibestore is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@girlvibestore.shop within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. For lost packages (not marked as delivered), please notify us within 14 days.
