At Girlvibestore, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new Skirts, Jackets, and Cardigans as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, our 40-day return policy is designed to be as seamless as our designs.

1. Return Eligibility
To ensure a successful return, your items must meet the following criteria:

Unused Condition: The item must be unworn, free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), and in perfect condition.

Original Packaging: Must include all original tags and protective packaging.

Non-Returnable: Final Sale items and customized/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
2. The Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization: Email support@girlvibestore.shop with your Order Number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24–48 hours.

Step 2: Pack Securely: Place the item in its original shipping box. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship Back: Ship the package to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable service (UPS/FedEx) as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not deduct any fees from your refund; you receive the full purchase price back.

Our Responsibility: If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card) within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different color or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to secure your new favorite piece!
