1. Covered Intellectual Property Types

2. How to Submit a Claim

If you believe a product on our site infringes your rights, please send a written notice to our IP Agent including:

  • Owner Information: Full name, company, and contact details.

  • Proof of IP: Registration numbers (USPTO, etc.) and links to official records.

  • Infringing Material: Direct URLs to the specific product listings (e.g., the specific Skirt, Jacket, or Cardigan page). Descriptions like "the black jacket" are not sufficient.

  • Basis of Claim: Detailed explanation of how the design or logo violates your rights.

  • Legal Statements: Good faith belief statement and accuracy statement under penalty of perjury.

3. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid claim, Girlvibestore will:

  • Review the documentation and identified listings within 3–5 business days.

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing product pending investigation.

  • Notify the seller and provide an opportunity for a counter-notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict "Three-Strike" policy. Accounts found to be repeat infringers of apparel designs or trademarks will be permanently terminated from our platform.
