3. Our Response Procedure
Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, Girlvibestore will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the claim within 2 business days.
- Investigate the claim and, if valid, remove the infringing content expeditiously.
- Notify the party responsible for the content about the removal and the nature of the claim.
Important Note: Filing a false claim of intellectual property infringement is a serious matter and may result in legal liability under federal law. Please ensure you are the rightful owner or authorized representative before submitting a claim.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. We will review the information provided and may reinstate the material if the dispute is resolved in your favor or if no legal action is taken by the original claimant.
